When you purchase products from Star Knight official site, you agree to our policy about returns/ refunds as follows: 

 

Return policy

--UBUYMOTOR products have 30 days return guarantee.

--You can return any unused,new item within 30 days of delivery of your item.

--We do not pay for the shipping cost of return if the return is due to your personal reason including order wrong item.

--We will pay for the shipping cost of return if the return is due to our mistake or products quality problem.

--We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.

--If you needs to return your item, please contact UBUYMOTOR customer support.

 

Refund Policy

--Returned products must be in new, unused condition with the original box.

--Once your return is received and inspected by UBUYMOTOR, your refund will be processed. The full money/difference will be refunded to your account within 1-7 business day .

--All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.

--We do not pay for the shipping cost of return if the return is due to your personal reason including order wrong item.

--We will pay for the shipping cost of return if the return is due to our mistake or products quality problem. This fee will be added to your total refund amount.

--We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact UBUYMOTOR customer surpport.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ubuymotor.com.
